Senior Process Mining Consultant (f/m/d) Germany

• Create data assets which are properly authorized and leveraged group-wide.
• Managing users and user roles in the analytics platform.
• Provide business process and execution consultancy across the departments.
• Support and advise business functions in KPI design and definition.
• Improving and maintaining data quality.
• Defining requirements on data provisioning pipelines.
• Processing operational and confidential data according to our security guidelines.
• Creating reports, in-depth analysis as well as designing standalone analytics products.
• Identifying bottlenecks and recommending actions.
• Work in expert as well as cross-functional teams and challenge yourself and others.
• Build analytical tools to test and maintain quality of the data pipelines in order to achieve great usability, customer acquisition as well as operational efficiency.
• Building the foundation ML/AI applications and having the ability to participate in ML activities.
• Contributing to the actual product development journey.
• Enabling the end user to adopt your product in daily business.

• Hands-on, customer and quality-centric mentality.
• Demonstrated experience in executing and leveraging process mining by means of  the greatest process mining platform suppliers.
• Outstanding communication skills as well as the ability to communicate needs and impacts across hierarchies.
• Ability to translate business requirements as well as technical requirements seamlessly into non-technical lay terms.
• Profound knowledge in methodologies of statistics and analytics.
• Profound knowledge of a variety of databases with advanced skills in SQL and related methodologies in relational and non-relational databases.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in handling extremely large datasets.
• Flexible and creative analysis in order to point out the true root cause or source.
• BSc/MSc in computer sciences, mathematics, natural sciences or similar.
• 5+ years experience working in data analysis or related fields.
• Very beneficial skills are:
  - Experience in using relevant AWS services.
  - Experience in workflow tools as well as the deployment of the pipelines.
  - Strong skills in project management and communication as well as the ability to understand organizational relations.
