We are looking for a Group Pricing Lead to help us to build up and steer the central pricing function.

You will
• Build up the central pricing function (team, processes, and operating model)
• Develop and keep track of the group-wide pricing strategy
• Track, report, and monitor impact of Pricing on business KPIs
• Manage requirements to develop a central pricing system further
• Set-up, steer, and evaluate price test and research activities
• Define required pricing skills for different roles in the organization and develop training curricula
• Support and coach decentral pricing teams
• Be the first contact for C-Level with regards to Pricing related questions

Requirements

• Being a great team player
• Strong hands-on mentality
• Analytical mindset and willingness/capability to dive deep into problems to identify root causes
• Experience with pricing systems, e.g., Omnia, pricefx, Quicklizard.
• Track record in empirical testing (e.g., randomized A/B test, quasi-experimental designs) and statistical analysis
• Strong skillset to set up and run cross-divisional projects/ processes
• Experience with managing and influencing stakeholders and teams in complex matrix organizations without direct authority

Basic qualifications
• 5+ years in Pricing, preferably ecommerce
• Advanced University degree with a quantitative focus
• Experience in building up pricing function/units from scratch
• Affinity to high ambiguous environments
• Track record of senior-level stakeholder management
• Exceptional communication skills (top-down/structured/to the point)
• Results-oriented, effectively prioritizing and multitasking, able to work with tight deadlines
• Compelling problem-solving skills
• Have backbone and ability to constructively discuss topics also in senior settings
• Fluent in German/English (verbal/written)
